INTRODUCTION | “A great leader possesses a clear vision, is courageous, has integrity, honesty, humility and clear focus. They help people reach their goals, are not afraid to hire people that might be better than them and take pride in the accomplishments of those they help along the way”. Through 5 short-films, documentaries and animation, we’re going to put into practice Forbes’ definition of Leadership.

Each film screening, could be followed by a debate with an HR-expert Facilitator.
Understand the role of the leader? what are the expectations on the role and the needs- Create awareness on the impact of leaders on the environment, the teams and individuals.
- Key qualities that the leaders need to have to lead their people and create an environment where every employee can bloom.
